ESD 2/3 Layer Dissipative Vinyl Mat
The ESD 2-layer or 3-layer dissipative vinyl mat is a specialized anti-static surface designed for safe handling of electronic components. Made from layers of vinyl materials with varying electrical properties, these mats help to eliminate static discharge risks in electrostatic protected areas (EPAs).

- Material: Vinyl (polyvinyl chloride) with multiple layers for enhanced durability and ESD protection
- Layer Structure:
- Top Layer: Static dissipative vinyl (resistivity 10⁶–10⁹ ohms/sq)
- Middle Layer (3-layer only): Reinforcing scrim or foam for strength and cushioning
- Bottom Layer: Conductive vinyl backing (resistivity 10³–10⁵ ohms/sq)
- Surface Finish: Smooth, matte, or lightly textured for better grip and reduced glare
- Thickness: Typically 2 mm to 3.2 mm depending on the number of layers
- Available Colors: Blue, green, gray, beige
- Standard Sizes: 2 ft × 4 ft, 3 ft × 6 ft, custom sizes also available
